This website (colormercado.com) represents ColorMercado, a cross-border e-commerce operation conducting business through TikTok Shop in Mexico. This page describes the terms under which we provide our internal services and tooling.

2. Internal Use Application

Our internal customer service application (CS4TK) is registered as a Custom app on TikTok Shop Partner Center under Partner ID 7496237092822223582. It is used exclusively by ColorMercado to operate our own authorized TikTok Shop seller accounts. The app is not offered, sold, or licensed to any third party.

3. Data Handling

All data accessed via TikTok Shop APIs is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with TikTok Shop's data processing agreement, merchant security policies, and applicable data protection regulations.

4. Compliance

We comply with applicable laws and regulations of Mexico and any other jurisdictions in which we operate. We also comply with TikTok Shop's Marketplace Policies, Merchant Policies, and Customer Service Policies, including but not limited to:

• 24-hour response rate requirements
• Customer satisfaction targets
• Data security and privacy obligations
